he house Neram is built in 2002. It is a large house capable of housing 12 people with a beautiful garden; parking facility and lots of space. It is situated in the rustic place Pribyslav in the giant mountains.
The quiet surroundings and the 3.000 m² property gives you a nice view of the surrounding meadows and valleys.

L-shaped kitchen with diner table for 12 fitted with refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, water heater, microwave and ceramic cooking plate.
Cupboard for ski’s/ snowboards and shoes.

Terrace with garden furniture for 12 persons, sunshade, a parking place.
Besides two wood stoves the house is fitted with electric heaters.

Two bed-rooms, each with two single beds, quilts and on each room a linen-cupboard.
Large bed-room which can be used as play-room (table football), with 4 single beds.
Laundry-room with washing-machine.
Bath-room with two washbasins, bath and separate shower cabin.
