Just 300 metres from the beach, this modern, beautifully presented south facing villa is the perfect location for large families who are looking for a high-quality property. The villa is very secure and quiet and is accessed via electric gates. As a bonus, the sandy beaches are just a very pleasant four minute walk away. Outside, there are very well maintained gardens which are planted with a good variety of Mediterranean and tropical trees. The generous swimming pool measures 9 x 5 meters with outside shower. The house also boasts a purpose built area for barbecues and outdoor dining.
