The apartment lies near places such as: Benahavis, San Pedro the Alcantara, Puerto Banus and Marbella. The apartment is surrounded by several golf courses such as Atalaya Golf, Los Arqueros and Marbella Club Golf.

On the park there are 2 outdoor swimming pools and 2 children’s swimming pools present. There is also an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a Turkish steam bath and a Jacuzzi. Also present is a tennis court.
